At OAK + FORT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
